General Jango fett stuff

Goldtiger

New Hunter
Hey guys ,
I'm about to start a Jango Fett costume by ordering it to bobamaker.
But they don't stuff like the holsters , guns , gauntlets , gloves , boots and ammo- girth belt
Do someone knows were I can find those stuff ??
Thanks !

Cruzer makes great holsters.
Cruzer makes great gauntlets.
I get my gloves from Target. Women's Merona XL navy blue
Seeker makes great ammo belts.
Cruzer has made great girth belts.
Guns depends on if you want MR or resin cast. ShocKWavE was making a nice resin cast recently.
Gio is the only boot maker out there right now.

All of these makers are individuals and may or may not be producing these items at this time. Deltamike13....I think that is the forum name.... makes some nice looking leather gear too. Check the cargo hold (once you have been part of the community long enough) and you can see many of the items for sale. I know there was a nice set of holsters for sale just the other day.

Another recommendation is to read through the WIP threads. This will let you see the items from different makers and how they look on actual kits. Your body size and shape will come into play for several of these items so if you find a WIP thread of someone with a similar size and shape it can help you select who to buy from.

Makers above are all well known prop makers with good stuff. Bigkidbiggertoys or BKBT makes great holster and ammo belts too. Some savings to do a package deal on those. There's a good tutorial on making the girth belt here in the forums.
id recommend Cruzer for all the body armor and gauntlets. Another combined deal there and his stuff is nice.
Bobamaker for the lid and knee armor with darts.

Thanks guys for your fast reply !
I'm 15 now and I want to know if buying the holsters and gauntlets now is a good idea ?
So that I can wait until my 18 ^^

Cruzers gaunts come in one size, so you'd be fine there, even if you end up with some beefy arms by 18, you should be able to squeeze them in. Also, his holsters are fairly adjustable, though that and the girth might be something to hold off getting until you're a little older and finished growing.

Have to decide if it's really a passing thing or an obsession/goal. knowing this costume runs typically around 3000 or higher may be a consideration too.
That said, I've been working very slowly on mine for a year and a half, so if you're driven to do it, taking time is a good hing and will allow you to finish growing too.
As MikeM said holsters and gauntlets would be fine. I recommend the helmet and gaunts first.
those will be easy enough to sell if you change your mind later here in the cargo hold.

Thanks , I knew I had not to buy soft parts ^^ but it is a goal not a passing thing , I love SW since I'm 6 and I love the 501 , I'll certainly join them when I'm 18 and have the complete armor (y) thanks for your answers !

If joining the 501st is your goal, and you have three years, then you should be able to take your time and assemble a great kit. I would start with a helmet, move to the hard armor, the jet pack and so on as you go and finish with the flight suit and leather vest.

You have time so watch the cargo hold and such to make the most of the time you have. And get your parents ready because there is a substantial cost involved.

Also I would suggest meeting your local 501st guys and getting involved with the local garrison. You can't join but if you have supportive parents you can still take part in certain things.

Yeah I'm already in contact with a guy ( I played ping pong with him at a convention where te were ) he's Boba Fett ^^ I'm doing a student job this vacation so I think I'll buy the helmet or ask him for my birthday ( in September) Thanks for the tips guys !
