Well Boba has been put on hold for a while.. Can't seem to find the hrs to put into the paint job. Gonna keep what parts I have locked away safely for now.
Going to knock out a Jango Fett costume for myself and a Mrs. Jango Fett for my wife. This will be fun! I did a Jango a few years ago http://www.thedentedhelmet.com/f28/jango-fett-build-39934/
Learned a ton (thanks to all the great folks on TDH) Excited to do a second run. I'll be making an Arena version this go around, working for 501st approval.
So far progress is as follows:
Mrs Jango: CC Chest & Shoulder armor from Boba Trooper is here, trimmed, sanded, etc. Ordered leg and back armor from Dave as well.
Ordered 2 pairs of Fownes gloves
Jango: Ordered a full set of CC armor with a set of gauntlets from Boba Trooper

Excited about this project. It WILL be done by halloween

Adding some brown to the weathering. Will be hitting it with some steel wool as soon as it dries. Loving the Fownes gloves. Boots are something that is on my mind. Crow62 has some great looking boots although I have been following the thread and needless to say I am just a tad worried. Btw if anyone has some Jango boots in 11.5 or 12 I will take them. Same goes for size 7 or smaller for the wife.

My wife said I couldn't spend a lot of $$$ on her costume so here is her $35 belt from eBay. Before and after. Pretty happy with how it turned out. Not screen accurate obviously but pretty sweet. hit the leather with some sandpaper and it looks pretty nice.
