It would def be made by there in house costume department, and its called a tunic
wow thats weird my wife bought me a shirt just like that but short sleeved (it's summer here)

Looks alot like the renaissance shirts we use at the faires. There are probably tons of resources for this kinda garb if you search for medieval or renaissance tunic. Also, I know that there are alot of seamstresses who can custom make that for you too. Cheers.
