It would def be made by there in house costume department, and its called a tunic ;)

Looks alot like the renaissance shirts we use at the faires. There are probably tons of resources for this kinda garb if you search for medieval or renaissance tunic. Also, I know that there are alot of seamstresses who can custom make that for you too. Cheers.
