How do YOU stay cool in your JANGO?

I have the worst time in my Jango armor. it is hotter than any other costume i own... and i have a vader, 3 TK's, etc and i just can't believe how bad / Hot it is. I'm trying to think of ways to keep it cool. like slightly raising the thigh armor at points so it breathes.

I have fantasized about making some type of Hose cooling unit that would run through the suit. I of course have fans in the bucket....
have tried wearing a camel pack filled with ice.... that helped a bit. but the condensation still gets you wet.

    What do you do?

    I sweat a lot.

I have thought about several things but the short answer is "it is hot" and I just try to deal with it.

And it helps that we have a guy who troops as Tarfull (a wookie) and anytime I feel bad for myself I look over at him and I immediately feel cooler.

I live in Vegas and they do trooping in July and it's 110-115 here. You should pack it with ice packs sewn in or the Arctic vest. Arctic Heat USA Cooling Products

The vest, which is leather, simply makes it hot. I pretty much just learn to deal with it. Try MAULOCK's suggestion.

I sweat heaps too, have you tried a head band to absorb the sweat so it doesn't drip in your eyes which stings. Something that works for me playing Goalie in Ice Hockey is that on the brow it has an absorbent strip inside the helmet. maybe suss that out?

Hide ice in your rocket pack and build a circulator fan with hose up to your helmet.
