Girth belt

Hello all! I've finally gotten serious about my jango build (it was a long time coming). I've either purchased/ located every piece I need for the build with the exception of one, the girth belt. Does anyone know of someone who is selling or know where to get braided leather so I could build one? Any help would be greatly appreciated

I got my braided leather from ebay based off of Cruzer's thread. I would just do a search for his tutorial and you should find what you need.

there are other places too, you might find lower price but braided leather bolo is not cheap. I had found a place a couple of years ago that had great prices but they shipped from overseas, I can't find that place in any of my searches now and I don't remember the name.



and be sure to order enough........it takes a ton of the stuff.

I ordered 10 meters for mine and had extra.

How big was your belt?

If you are making a 33 inch belt (just an example) you will have 21 strands around you so that is 21x33.....693 inches.....57.75 feet....19.25 yards is what I get.

I am no mathmagician though so some one can correct me if I am wrong.

Maybe I ordered more than 10 meters then, but I know the total was only $76.
