I believe womans are two sizes smaller so you would a 10 unless they run big.

size 7 womens is size 5 in mens, cuz women usually have little feet so some sadistic twit decided to measure womens feet in smaller increments so the numbers sound bigger and it makes them obsess about the size of another body part that men don't really pay too much attention to.

Strangely enough, those might actually fit on my feet.
