Bobamaker (Portugal) for example offers them.
But be prepared you`ve got to wait some time.

Loanstar from Germany does them too, but I don't know about the quality.
I gotmi e from Bobamaker. Worth the wait!

Clothears has started making them as well. Pricey but highly accurate.

I'm getting one through Arkady on this site. She is located in the USA but her postal rates are pretty reasonable.

clothears don't do them anymore as they cant get accurate leather

Just FYI and all...
I can vouch for the quality of a Loanstar Jango Vest.
I have one of his vests, its very nice. He is also a great guy to deal with.

Mine is a little wide around the waist, kinda lacks the desired V shape, but I just bunch it a little at the back, all hidden by the belts and armour.
If I were to order (another) one, that would be the one detail I would double-check.
