Evolution Props Jango Flight Suit?

Vultana

Hunter
I read some older threads from 2009 where someone remarked that they were very happy with this flight suit (can't remember who now). I was curious if anybody out there is using one of these or have purchased one of these recently and how happy you are with it? They claim to be custom made to your size and delivered within 30 days. The pictures look decent, but I would like feedback from anyone who has actually had one please.

p.s. I know LSFU and BM are the best, and I may still order one from them- but the current wait time is ~8 months.

Hi

Build time for a flightsuit from me is 12-14 weeks. The 7-8 months is for painted props (helmets, jetpacks and armour).

I don't know about quality, I have his boba fett boots and gloves the qaulity for those is good but the wait time is not accurate. It takes a bit longer to produce even the boots and the shipping takes quite a long time since it has to go through customs and what have you. Took about 2 months for the boots from payment. From the items I purchased the picture was very accurate to the final product. also he is very responsive to any questions you have. Hope this helps

One issue I will throw out there to consider. The fabric is listed as Gabardine. It probably will not dye or tint the way that cotton will. If the color is not just how you want it, there may be no real way to change it much. The LSFU and Bobamaker are very good for dying and tinting to get the color just the right blurple for you own tastes.

I have had both the Bobamaker and LSFU flight suits and both are top notch. I liked the Bobamaker fabric a little more......since I was critiquing fabric.

Just a thought.

Thanks and to be clear- I fully intend to order either a BM or LSFU for the long term, I was just thinking in terms of having something to use in the next couple months.

Bobamaker posted above with a 12-14 week turnaround for flightsuits. That is not bad at all, and I would most def go that route if it were me. There is no point in wasting the money on a lesser quality suit when you can get top of the line in 3-4 months.

Yes, I was thinking the BM would take considerably longer as well when I first posted this question. Also, I have been contacted by Bleahhh who will be making these again. So it seems there are some valid options out there beside Evlotion Props. I was curious if anyone had ordered from them recently- I did read some of the threads about quality issues on hardware and I didn't want to dig any of that up, I was just curious about soft parts.

Thank you all for your responses and PM's related to my question.
