When is the cutoff date Lorenzo? I want to get one for sure before you stop making them but it had to come at the wrong time.

Wow, you guys are going to keep me busy. We better make the cutoff right here so that I can ensure I get to those on the list. After these are done then I'll open it up to more if I have time...and energy.

Predatormv, we'll make you the last if do decide you want in.

Thanks guys and I may have enlisted another member to give me some help this weekend to speed things along. Oh Jango_Newbie...where are you! If so, I better make sure I make it worth his while cuz we're going to have our work cut out for us.

Re: Cruzer V3 Holster Assembly Interest Thread

Mine wouldn't fit you anyways JN...but like I said you can take a holster assembly home with ya if you want...trust me you'll have earned it by the end of the day! I should have most of the various pieces cut out so we'll mostly be assembling and staining.
I'm REALLY glad to hear you'll be able to help me out this weekend.

SWFreak, I'll add you to the list if you want since you expressed interest earlier. I'd feel bad if I left a fellow bro out. Or if you'd like I can just keep you in mind and try to plan for an extra. Your call.

For those that ordered assemblies, I need to know if you want a leather belt or nylon webbed belt and stain finishes, so expect a mass PM.

    Thanks,
    Cruzer

I'm your "slave-for-a-day" :o I would love a set of those holsters. Will there be enough material to have straps too?

Of course man. You'll get a whole assembly.

Anybody else? The more the better.

Re: Cruzer V3 Holster Assembly Interest Thread

    Just a little update:

I figured there may be a few on the list who are shooting for a Halloween deadline. Therefore, as long as my order of 2" webbed belts gets to me by this week like it should, it looks like eight of the holster assemblies will go out by this Saturday. That's all of them except for Svoor's, who still hasn't sent me measurements. Based on feedback from other members I recently made assemblies for, all the measurements should be right on so they should be ready to wear out of the box. The thigh straps are the only pieces that may need trimming.

For the few of you who've contacted me and are waiting to see if I will be able to make a few more, I'll have a better idea by this Friday.

    Thanks everyone for being patient,
    Lorenzo

Cruzer can you pm me on Friday and let me know if you get to do more of these?
I don't need mine before Halloween.
    They look great!

Re: Cruzer V3 Holster Assembly Interest Thread

Holy *&^%(&^%. SWEET. Snuck out of the office during down time to get them from the mail and brought them back to my office. Even the non-SW guys were impressed. They were like wow... that's real leather. Somebody makes these? They can't wait to see my costume.
I can't wait to get home and pair them up with my skirata thighs and cod.
On top of that I just nabbed a pair of ( brand new) blasters for under 20.00

Picked mine up from the post office today and they look really awesome! And you were right, they were perfectly sized right out of the box... not that I promptly put them on or anything....

Re: Cruzer V3 Holster Assembly Interest Thread

I'm happy to hear you guys are satisfied with your holster assemblies and that they were a perfect fit to your dimensions. Sorry the wait was a little longer than anticipated (had technical difficulties-a mold broke 2 holsters into the run), but I hope you felt it was worth the wait.

Please feel free to give me any feedback on how I can improve them. The leather will soften up with use and movement. And if you didn't like the weathering or wanted more, you can always take any type of light brown stain or shoe wax to those areas...or scratch them up even more with a piece of sandpaper.

    Thanks guys,
    Lorenzo

Re: Cruzer V3 Holster Assembly Interest Thread

Well, here are the last two...Benkenove's and Bobamaker's respectively. They'll go out tomorrow guys.

As of right now, I have 1 extra pair of finished holsters that I need to put straps too, and another pair in the molds...who wants em? They'll come with a webbed belt only as that's all I have right now.

And it turns out I have a little more time so I'll take another order or two if there are takers.

It was a good run, thanks,
    Lorenzo
