the color looks really good.
what type of material is it?
I don't know, i bought 4 yards, there is a ticket that said BRD 39, zorro, zamora.
It very strong material, almost like the canvas but smooth, i believe is the right color for my new upgrade costume.
Looks pretty good color-wise, but the material looks really shiny in the fourth picture.
It is a semi shiny fabric, like polyester but it not polyster, but i can weddering i little, do some couple wash in the machine, probably do the work.
Yeah you should definitely try and take the shine off through washing or weathering. Otherwise it should be good.
Or use the reverse side. Maybe the other side is less shiny or hasnt been mercerized.
Sean
I went to a sewer already probably next week i will have my new suit, it is not too shiny, if you see it in the first two picture, the last two picture was taken too close with and without the flash on the extreme daylight (close to the window in Puerto Rico).
i will take more picture in diferent distance and light condition when the suit is done.
So far is the best color macth that i could find and saw it out there for the last few years.
The reverse side is not good because is rough texture and too dark.
But Thanks for the idea.
I used this picture as a reference. Ii is a great picture i forgot who took it.
The left is with flash, the right without flash
Dude I think that is the correct or exact material. Any way of getting some for me and shipping it out to Arizona USA? Prob enough to do 2 flight suits like 10-11 yards?
The fabric cost $10.35 per yard, the yard is about 64" wide with two yards you can make one suit if the sewer is good, a suggets 3yards just in case.
Now this is my new jango armor, is made of 1/8" sintra, base of my height i had to made some parts to look more accurate, The collar, chest and center diamond is was made by BKBT last version but in sintra, except the diamond is fiberglass.
Shoulders and ab armor was made by me, and RnB too...wao that took time.
I would like to get 8 yards if possible shipped to 85757 in Tucson, AZ USA
Shoot me a pm when you get a chance dude!
5 Yards for meIf is posible. I will send to you a PM. But I think that I will wait to see your flightsuit.
