Best options for a jetpack harness?

I'm wrapping up my work on my costume, but am becoming concerned with the weight of the jeypack on my back and best options to reduce the pull on my back when I am going to wear it.

What is the best harness rigging that you have found?

(BTW, I got a MoW arena pack with his harness vest curently)
