ARMOR ATTACHMENT... PLEASE HELP!!!

hey my fellow star wars fellows!!!

i need help!!! i'm currently making a Jango Fett uniform and i'm on an extremely tight time limit... i am thinking of ways to attach armor to the vest and have a list of things to do... any suggestions??? heres what i can think of
*Velcrow
*Heavy Duty Snaps (i would like to do this but i don't
know how)
*12 lb nylon (not really wanting to do)

if you have any better ideas please send me a PM telling me how to do it...
