okay....i've pretty much had it with this guy...I tried calling again acouple times and now get no answer.
I called the green bay police department and spoke with a detective there. He indicated to me to relay to anyone interested to file a report with your local police and they can get the info over to GBPD. I intend to do so...if I'm getting no cash back or product..then i guess I have to do something. Once the GBPD starts getting the info they will start an investigation. Unfortunately due to the crime being an internet issue involving so many different states, this is the only way to do it. I've got JD's full info. if you want it pm me....
also..JD...if you quietly listening....I'd get the lead out...refund refund! maybe we can avoid any major issues out of this. like i said before, everyone has issues. thats not the problem, it's not talking about them and telling folks whats up thats the problem. I'm going on week 10 for something you said 6 weeks for, not to mention the major run around

Still nothing from him on my end either ! This is complete BS! if anyone on here knows this guy can they contact him? I've tried every way of communication with no success. What about Antrock? Has anyone spoken with him? I've tried to contact him aswell with no luck? I'm thinking this was a scam between those two from the start, but it's hard to believe someone who has been a member here for so long like judz dwed would do that. Still if I need to contact the police I will!
i think so as well...and im super PO'd about it...im starting to think plane fare to wisconsin is less than what he owes me and it might be worth the trip...
I've tried to call him numerous times since the first one...caller id must be in full force cause noone aswers the phone any more...
good think antrock didnt make any new sales with his thread...i think a lot more people wouldve been boned had he been sucessfull...
tomorrow is the last day for the paypal claim...he still hasnt even answered that...so i will win by default...so what though...if i cant get the jerk to cough up the cash i doubt they will...we'll see
Hopefully some of you guys paid by credit card when using Paypal. Just bypass the PayPal and go straight with the credit card protection program if you have one. The PayPal protection is a crock in its own right, even if you win the decision. I had a similar experience with a non-delivering seller, and one call to American Express and the funds were credited back within two weeks.
I don't know exactly what you are offering, but I need a whole mess of stuff. I'm just getting started. I have a helmet on the way, but I'm gonna need a ROTJ blaster next and some gauntlets. Those are next on the list. Let me know what you have, I'm sure I'll be interested.

First Off, those who have payed JD for parts here are a few things we can do.

2. File a complaint with YOUR State Attorney General and the Attorney General in Wisconsin. The WI DA website is http://www.doj.state.wi.us/
3. File a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. While the FTC does not resolve individual consumer problems, the FTC does compile complaint data and investigates criminal activity, and your complaint will help the FTC to investigate fraud and can lead to law enforcement action. as far as the money issue with the bank stuff...i paid with my pp balance unfortunatley so im totally screwed unless a miracle happens...which really still pees me off. I sold two costumes to fund jango and now it looks like a took a serious smack in the face for 355 bucks! that really knocks down the cash i got for my clone!

I can't believe this is happening. I bought my bucket from him a few years back and had it in a week or so. Thats why I had no problem ordering from him now. I also used PayPal and now it looks like I'm out $380. I PP him on Aug. 21 so it looks like the $$ is gone.

I used an instant transfer with paypal so I am disputing it with my bank, saying it was fraud in hopes to recover something, I'm out right at 300 myself. I thought since he had been a member for so long and many people had purchased from him in the past that this would be a legit person to buy from. Now I just feel like a real dumba_s!

Last time JD retired from prop making i became his voice on TDH for a while to relay messages concerning his last remaining orders.
I am once again going to help out on this.
I did talk to him tonight.
JD is working a lot right now. Twelve hour days. He does not presently have internet access.
He is however trying to fill the orders and ship them out as soon as he can.
Please have some more patientce with this. He apparently got swamped with orders and it will take longer than expected to fill these orders. May take a few months before he is caught up.
Feel free to PM me with questions concerning your order status and i will relay the message to him.
As far as the paypal refunds are concerned i suggested he find computer access somewhere to at least check on it.
Those who wish to cancel their order can PM me with their name and address and i will relay the message as well. A partial name and address will probably work too. He has you full names and addys..

make sure he knows i want my cash back...I did file a claim with paypal which is over tonight at midnight...if he doesnt want to have his paypal account messed up he may want to get to a computer somehow before the end of the night, explain himself and refund my 355...at least that way he will not end up with paypal issues as well as everything else...also if he has a cell phone he can always contact me...i'll pm you my number so he can show some good faith and give me a buzz...im pretty sure last i knew he still had a cell phone
