okay...where oh where is JD? I've tried through various pm's to reach him in regards to my order....I have since aquired other parts and have been trying to cancel and get a refund for over 3 weeks now...it is also way over the 6 weeks he told me the wait time was to get something....JD if your busy, i can understand if your avoiding me i can't.

I also sent you something through the paypal resolution center about a week ago or so and have not heard from you there either...have you skipped town?

Going on 9 weeks myself, well past the 4 I was told for my order.
I can understand being busy, but he has not been on since 9/13 and nobody has been given any kind of update.
Every address I have is now invalid, running out of hope here.

well glad i paid with paypal...at least i may have a shot at some sort of refund that way

well i just found him on white pages and gave him a ringy ding...was a bit shocked to hear from me to say the least...told him to give old JDFett a refund...seeing as I told him on the phone, maybe he'll stop by and check in...he claims he didnt have internet access....for the past 2-3 months?, when he just took a bunch of cash from TDH members? seems a bit shady to me. Thats okay cause white pages gives addresses too and if a refund fails to come in...he may have some men in blue knocking at his door instead of me calling, hate to do these things but something has to be done and seeing as he can't ignore someone on the phone...and i get instant gratification talking directly to him...makes me a person and not just a screen name...we'll see how it goes

okay....i've pretty much had it with this guy...I tried calling again acouple times and now get no answer.

I called the green bay police department and spoke with a detective there. He indicated to me to relay to anyone interested to file a report with your local police and they can get the info over to GBPD. I intend to do so...if I'm getting no cash back or product..then i guess I have to do something. Once the GBPD starts getting the info they will start an investigation. Unfortunately due to the crime being an internet issue involving so many different states, this is the only way to do it. I've got JD's full info. if you want it pm me....

also..JD...if you quietly listening....I'd get the lead out...refund refund! maybe we can avoid any major issues out of this. like i said before, everyone has issues. thats not the problem, it's not talking about them and telling folks whats up thats the problem. Hopefully some of you guys paid by credit card when using Paypal. Just bypass the PayPal and go straight with the credit card protection program if you have one. The PayPal protection is a crock in its own right, even if you win the decision. I had a similar experience with a non-delivering seller, and one call to American Express and the funds were credited back within two weeks.

Just realize that many credit cards and Banks have a 60 day policy when it comes to disputing a charge, but this is definitely the way to go, paypal has never helped me recover lost funds.

Not sure how far down this thread you've read bro, but it doesn't seem like anyone is getting what they paid for. You may also be better off looking in the Boba section, as I don't believe JD sold an ROTJ blaster at any point... or gauntlets for that matter.

Try here and here for Boba blaster and Gauntlet help. There and plenty of great sellers that offer what your looking for in a variety of mediums.

1. Contact his local District Attorney's Office and file a written complaint with the District Attorney's fraud group. the address is http://www.co.brown.wi.us/district_attorney/

2. File a complaint with YOUR State Attorney General and the Attorney General in Wisconsin. The WI DA website is http://www.doj.state.wi.us/

3. File a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. While the FTC does not resolve individual consumer problems, the FTC does compile complaint data and investigates criminal activity, and your complaint will help the FTC to investigate fraud and can lead to law enforcement action. I used an instant transfer with paypal so I am disputing it with my bank, saying it was fraud in hopes to recover something, I'm out right at 300 myself. I thought since he had been a member for so long and many people had purchased from him in the past that this would be a legit person to buy from. Now I just feel like a real dumba_s!

I am once again going to help out on this.

JD is working a lot right now. Twelve hour days. He does not presently have internet access.

He is however trying to fill the orders and ship them out as soon as he can.

Please have some more patientce with this. He apparently got swamped with orders and it will take longer than expected to fill these orders. May take a few months before he is caught up.

Feel free to PM me with questions concerning your order status and i will relay the message to him.

As far as the paypal refunds are concerned i suggested he find computer access somewhere to at least check on it.

Those who wish to cancel their order can PM me with their name and address and i will relay the message as well. A partial name and address will probably work too. He has you full names and addys..

make sure he knows i want my cash back...I did file a claim with paypal which is over tonight at midnight...if he doesnt want to have his paypal account messed up he may want to get to a computer somehow before the end of the night, explain himself and refund my 355...at least that way he will not end up with paypal issues as well as everything else...also if he has a cell phone he can always contact me...i'll pm you my number so he can show some good faith and give me a buzz...im pretty sure last i knew he still had a cell phone

I for one truly appreciate your help with this Brian, thank you. I still want my armor, but no word after 3 months does make me feel very uneasy. I just want to know my order IS being worked on and while I do understand delays, a little more detail on when I can expect it would be nice. I hope now he understands what we have been going through and how we would like a way to contact him in situations like this, a simple PM or a message goes a long way with this crowd.

i'm still a bit apprehensive and really wont be happy and satisfied until the product or the cash is in hand. I understand everyone has things happen but there has to be more concern for the people you took cash from. If he could get messeges through to jun at this point...why not do it 5 weeks ago? or 2 weeks ago? I just think it's a real bad way to do business when so many people have been waiting for so long to get stuff with no word.

shouldnt have come to this. If i get stuff from him, as im being told he wont be able to refund my cash cause he spent it on the product(which he wouldn't have done if he took interest in checking messages) I will have a complete set of armor for sale sans backplate for 300 bucks plus pp and shipping to the first one to pm me with interest...of course thats if i get the stuff...

If i would frequent TDH more often i probably would have been able to help in this situation sooner so it didn't get to what it is now.

JDFett got his order only because he called the police....rightly so.

Not only that - All JDFett wanted was a refund... not his armor...he already got armor elsewhere...

I don't have names or locations right now but aparently 3 orders went out today too. One with 2 helmets a back and cod plate. Another is just the lower armor. Cod on down i assume. The third was a full set.

I will try to get just first names and locations from him tomorrow and post those as he ships them.

He's trying to get this stuff out. It's hard when you are working all the time.
His next day off is Thanksgiving and then back to work the next day.
