Any interest in an Arena Jetpack kit for around $200?

UPDATE 2-17-2004

I have pictures of the finished prototype arena pack at the link below (last 6 pics). The only thing missing is the little vent cover on the bottom and more weathering, but you get the idea. Sorry about the orientation of some of the pics:

I should be able to accept orders soon. I expect it to be about $200 plus shipping.

************************************************

Just gauging interest- any interest in nicely accurate Jango arena pack with all the details for around $200. I am thinking about developing one similar to my standard pack (which you can see at the link below).

As with the standard pack, this one would feature vacuformed styrene body with resin details.

I am trying to focus my normall short attention span on this- I will get some pics up of a prototype as soon as I can.

I'm in depending on the anticipated creation date.

I've got a deadline date for costume completion of April... so I'd need it within a few weeks prior for painting to my custom colors.

Any idea if that is too much of a rush or is that possible?

I'd be interested in it :) I second that April deadline too.... if it's possible, that'd be fantastic!

I am hoping to start on this in the next few weeks, so it should be fine for an April deadline. Most of the molds for the pack are already done since they share the same basice body as the regular Fett pack.

Most excellent. Keep me posted and I think we'll be able to do some business.

Here is where I am at on this:

I have started building an arena pack with my standard jet pack body plus my prototype nosecones, etc. This way I can take pictures to show everyone here. After I have done the buildup and pictures, I will be ready to mold the arena pack-specific parts if there are enough people interested.

I hope to have pics by this weekend.

More to come!

I've actually been looking for a standard one that's either for sale in kit form or finished though i really want to put it together myself, what is the price on one of your standard ones?

Excellent work as usual, MB. I'll be scraping my pennies together for the next week, so FOR SURE, count me in for 1. Are the caps made out of resin still? Also, does it assemble alot like your current pack? I'm always up for an adventure, getting ready to prime and paint the other pack I got from you, so I'll be jonesing for another JP to assemble.
