Okay, got them all painted up... I think they look the part. I can't wait to see them with boot armor.

Looks like I got some on the treads... But I didn't... Its a reflection from the overhead. The soles have a slight gloss to them.

Until you can find the accurate sole, I think those would work just fine... and for $35, you can't beat that.

JB Weld for what? Honestly, I don't use JB Weld for anything any more. Its too goopy and takes way too long to cure. The soles are just done with silver acrylic paint and a little bit of clear coat.

    EDIT-

Refresh the page and scroll up... I added another pic so you can see them better. Its just paint, bro.

I got them Yesterday. They will work for me until I can find one of the Holy grails of boots. Thanks for pointing them out.

They sell these in the stores too. No Targets in your area? If not, PM me, maybe we can work something out to get you a pair.

I actually got lucky and found the last pair in my size in the 3rd and final Target I went to today. They're very good and with the price, it's gonna be hard to beat these. What kind of paint are you guys using to get the silver accents on the soles?

Don't try to tape it off though, because it won't work. Just keep a steady hand and brush it on.
