Not quite sure, but didnt some one do a run of metal armor a few years back?

I got it 2nd hand off a member from canada back in 2002 including collar.

Was gonna upgrade to a BM but I kind of like the chest so only upgrading collar and shoulders.

My guess would be Drew / DuraSteel.
