Here is something that no one has done as yet...well actually BM made a pair for me...a one off kind of thing...but how about doing movie accurate JP harness hooks? Fairly simple, not too complicated but difficult for a regular Joe to accomplish without a machine shop in the garage :lol
how about a thermal detonator thats hollow so you can add electronics?

I'm glad your taking suggestions, I think I've got a good one for ya', and very relevant to everyone's needs, how about machining a "BORDEN DENTAL PLUG", just ready to install into a helmet, no need to buy the piece first and then go ahead and cut it down. Aluminum rod with the 3 holes drilled in it, with a trim rim ring on the backside as a stopper. What's yours and everyone else's thoughts?

Aside from the handles, what we'd love to see machined would be the power cell unit at the back of the barrel section and the barrel tip.
The barrels them selves could be made with relative ease, in comparison to the afore mentioned parts that is. ;)

Thanks, Seeker. I get about one decent idea a month. :lol I think these flamethrower units look very menacing, kind of how a bayonet on a rifle adds a little something to it.
BTW, I think these would be great for Custom Mandos as well as Pre-production Fetts.
