OK maybe not, but it is a crutial question that I must ask before starting my costume.
Im doing a Jaster Mereel costume by the way
Im making it out of metal but im not sure weather to use sheet metal or aluminum?
Im leaning towards sheet metal because I saw a guy with one of the best costumes ive ever seen and he made it out of sheet metal
but aluminum wont rust
Don't know much about the metals but a bit of real rust would look pretty cool/realistic.
use aluminium its more maluable....u can use 3mm aluminium..it gives a chunkier look....3 times thicker for the same weight as steel....i'm busy with a set ....its all cut out & has compound curves......it just need dressing...then hey presto.......i will post some pics ...very soon..........Originally Posted by StormBolt

I also want to be able to bend the metal with my hands to fit. also what does maluable mean?
