    Sitting Down??

Is it just me or is sitting down properly virtually impossible wearing a cod piece?

I guess it depends on the cod armor. I have actually driven my car fully armored up less the helmet.

    Re: Sitting Down??

Its doable... ive seen it done before... just push the piece forward slightly out of the way... unless of course ur doing ESB Fett with the G-String....

No points for how that would turn out...

virtually impossible to sit down. If i do, then things start to go pop and crack

and it would just be too uncomfortable

    Re: Sitting Down??

Perhaps if the cod piece could be attatched to the butt piece so that it could pivot that would allow some degree of flexibility, but I think sitting down for long periods or in small chairs would be uncomfterable and difficult.

I just have to say that this is very funny to me!!!!!

I have yet to understand how any of you can stand to wear this costume at all.

It is torture, I think you are all massochists, or something.
Maybe you feel like you need to be punished for past sins, or maybe you were bad in a previous life and have the deep-seated need to have misery to re-pay the "karma".

Anyway, do us all a favor and be careful when you sit.

Never seen Boba sit. Maybe that means we're not supposed to?

Theres the answer. I can sit, but it hurts. But when you have been on your feet all day a little pain is worth the sit.

Now I'm worried about going to a ComicCon as Boba and doing the 'potty-dance' I made fun of my sister for.

    Re: Sitting Down??

Now me, I could lie down...after someone pushed me. Probably fall asleep too after crying about the cracked and damaged armor and helm.

Seriously though, doable, but it's gonna be uncomfortable...but alot easier than wearing full trooper armor. It's always good to have a minder around...for anything.

    Stay safe,

    Tim.

And that... is why I'm wearing a clone cod on my costume. As long as your legs are spread out a bit, it's fine to sit in. Sucks for you non-customs, though.

    Re: Sitting Down??

That or you all could just convince MoW to make some more rubber cods. I could sit fins as long as i was doing more of a slouch.

    He sits in Slave 1.

Wonder if he just takes off the cod piece.

Wonder if there is a hook on the cockpit door with a piece of tape above it that says "codpiece"

Wonder why I'm still posting this late.

Wonder if I'll have any good dreams.

    Goodnight, all!!!!

    Re: Sitting Down??

What I'm worried about is what happens on Halloween night, after a few beers, when Boba has to pee!? I'm thinking about "editing" the flight suit a little with a velcro patch to quickly do my business. How do you guys do it? Or do you just hold it all night?

These are the important questions I've never seen answered here! :P

    Re: Sitting Down??

I'm thinking about attaching the Cod to the "kidney belt" by elastic so I can pull it down and use the velcro flap for special needs...

What are you guys talking about? Boba is easy to sit in. I've driven in it, same with my Stormtrooper.

    Re: Sitting Down??

My Boba is really easy to sit in! The whole costume is very comfortable

My Stormtrooper on the other hand is pretty difficult to sit in and very uncomforable.

    Re: Sitting Down??

My Cod and Kidney are connected by elastic, however its the 6 inch of industrial velcro that is on the kidney and jumpsuit, to prevent slippage that the problem for a quick drop of the cod.
