sintra armor question

hi im shaping my sintra cod armor but i was wondering how do you make the part in the middle pop out? thank you!

another layer. I assume your talking about the "tear drop" shape ? If so then yes. layer, then bondo the seam, sand to taste.

Someone had a great tutorial on how to do the Cod, I can't find it though.
