Sintra is a PVC like foamboard.
Sintra is an expanded foam-board.
(Not stepping on any toes here GCNgamer128) : )
But it is actually not PVC. The reason I bring this up is because if you try to use PVC bonding chemicals, it won't work. In some of my own research and the research I've found from others, the best way to bond it is with simple super glue.
