This is a thread where you can see the paint process for all the armour. It's an ESB paintjob, but the RotJ one is done with the same technics:
Fett Pride Empire Strikes Back Paintjob by Mojo fett
Also look the Jeremy Bulloch Project armor thread that DarthMiller and SpideyFett did.
