    ROTJ gauntlets WIP

I am putting the finishing touches on my gauntlets, also made from WOF templates from cardstock and sintra, I have no idea what to do for the rocket since I can't find any templates for that. I know the # pad isn't acurate, but I liked it, and the buttons are actually pressable. I'm still learning new weathering techniques with every project !

Wow, looks great to me! Great job! If I were you I'd contact FettPride and see what he'll charge just for the rocket.

I know TK409.com has a link, I'm not sure if the machined rocket is still available or not.

Those gaunts look great, but the keypad sucks. Find an MQ1 calc pad. You can probably get one from FettPride. Like putting spinner on a Porsche.

Just adding a couple pics , most of which were lost in a hard drive failure. Here's what I have left. I plan on revisiting this project soon and making it more accurate, including a proper rocket and calc pad etc. I used the same weathering as I did on the helmet, using car wax as a masking agent between coats of chrome and red paint to give the scratches a more realistic look.
