Reinforcing Sintra?

I Scratch built Knee Armor from Sintra, Pieces seem breakable
any suggestions on any type of (fiberglass type) reinforcment
I can spray/brush on to make my pieces more wear and tear / dropping
Durable?

I would suggest making the knee armor one peice.That is how I do my metal ones.It is just more durable that way.
I never liked the idea of 3 seperate parts.

Yeah, only had 8 x 10 pieces, thought I shoulda done that

Put a layer of bondo behind it. Super Glue works unimaginably well for Sintra, so if anything breaks, it can be fixed in as long as it takes to get the bottle of super glue out.
