Proper ESB Airbrush Colors?

Well I have 2 airbrushes laying around, not commissioned for any work, and I was wondering. I dont like the spray can method, because you can never get 99% close to the real paintjob. With an airbrush, you can mix paints to be very very exact. I just dont like spray cans if you want to replicate something accurately. I would use spray cans for custom mandos, but they just dont appeal to me.

Anyways, I have read alot on this website but I have not seen much on the airbrush paints of the ESB Armor. I have a few choice that I will post up soon. Most likely it will be humbolt Enamel, or floquil. Either way I can mix the paint and try to replicate it.

I just want suggestions from everyone else on what paints to use.

Well, personally I disagree that you can't get 99% close to the real deal with spray cans. I tend to think that my suit is pretty close to the RotJ one, and it's all rattlecan. I mix paints with rattlecans every time I use them... spraying multiple colors into each other mid air / while wet does wonders

But, to answer the question... the Rogue Studios ESB paint list has always sort of been the standard for that. It's a sticky in the helmet section and linked in the wiki (it covers helmet and armor)

I used all of the colours recommended by Mojo-Fett, Darth Miller, and Spidey Fett. If some colours aren't listed, PM me and I'll let you know exactly what I used for each piece.

Andy, what did you use for your armor base green?

Thanks for that link superjedi. And I completely forgot that your armor was all rattlecan, 7602. So sorry for my misinterpretation. I guess in the hands of a talented person you can make anything. I believe the armor colors of rogue studios are of AOSW. And isnt the armor from that exhibition from ROTJ? Are there even big differences from ROTJ to ESB Armor? Because if not, I will follow that link that superjedi posted and the rogue studios paint list.
