possible found part ?

could this be the illusive gauntlet dart ? i asked a guy at the leather store if he had some of these with grooves cut into them and he said that may be just another different makers version ,so ...the screen used version may be from an english leather tool maker.

It would depend on how long the things are. But it looks close to me.

The original darts had grooves on the tip, it looks close, but the original darts might have been part of a pin valve assembly of some sort
