MOW New ROTJ GAuntlets Now Available !

Hey Guys,

Well there finally here..New ROTJ gauntlets !

These have been completely redesigned and reshaped along with a more lower profile than my previous versions. They're made from the same fast cure Alumilite resin but without the rib details that were present in my ESB's. The casts are thinner too. I can do this because of the quality of the resin. Vacuumed bottom sections with plug insert details. The same velcro closure design and nylon stems for the flame unit intake connectors. The weight and balance of these gauntlets are very good and there's good clearance for toggle switches.

The metal darts are not included.

I'm not including a rocket in this kit as with the ESB's...There's some great versions out there including metal versions..Hopefully these artists can make a little money and if I can help then that's great!

Here's the full unassembled kit photo some of you were asking about. The Right gauntlet detail with intake hoses comes fully assembled. This is a complex piece made of nylon and steel pin reinforcements. I've been using this same design for nearly 10 years now. It will take the stress of those stiff polyethylene hoses. In your kit I've assembled this detail for you..You just need to mount it.

how long will you be offering these? i am new to this, so i building my fett costume and the gauntlets are one the last peices i need. i ordered some other gauntlets ,but who knows when i will get them. some of you know what i am talking about. i am thinking of selling them when i get them and go with these awesome gauntlets.

Anyone give a newbie an opinion on gauntlet material? I would think metal would give a most realistic and weathered look, but is there a weight issue?

These are the current models for 09"

I've 86'd both vacuum-formed bottoms and velcro. All Man of War Studios gauntlets now come standard with hard bottoms, flat hinges and micro closures.

Any of these still available?
