I think when most people talk of sintra gauntlets they're speaking from a vac-formed point of view
No, people actually cut out the pieces and glue them together. They then smooth the edges with bondo. I have never heard of or seen vacuum formed sintra gauntlets. I dont even think that sintra is vac-formable.
