Cod-Piece Help

Does anyone know EXACTLY how to get the codpiece to form correctly???

what do you mean by "form correctly?"

if i was making one i'd just vac form it out of one piece of plastic.

Like using sintra, is it possible to get the "cup" shape on it??? (no pun intended:P)

What you can do is build up the cup piece on on the main frame, and then bondo around the sides to make it smooth and the right slope.

I have no idea how this will all work together though, bondo cracking or glue not holding etc.

but there are several here who have scratchbuilt this armor from sintra that can chime in on this I guess

if you're forming it out of sheets of sintra, i'd imagine you'd need to cut / glue pieces to get the shape right.
