cardboard gauntlets?

okay, last thing for my costume. the gauntlets. i am making cardboard ones, as i dont have enough time to do sintra ones, and wondered if anyone else has done this and if they have pics, tips, anything to make it a little easier. i used the search, found a little bit but nothing with pics. Thanks for any help you can offer.
