Attaching shoulder studs

Hey guys,

I have a quick question about the shoulder studs that go on the upper most neck piece of armor. How do you attach these in a fashion that will not warp/hurt the armor (mine is sintra cast) and will be strong enough to hold up the cape?

mine are screwed through the armor.

head of the screw on the inside, passing through the collar and backplate, with the stud acting as the nut.

if you're worried about the plastic, just reinforce it on the inside... glue a couple of extra layers of plastic in for extra support, then drill through 'em all.

Sintra is definitely strong enough to hold up to that.
