armor assembly?

how am i supposed to keep the but plat and front part together?

some use bolts i use nothing really just the girthbelt to hold it together....

I do the same thing with the bolts... but I also have some velcro sewn into the back and front of my jumpsuit to help keep the armor from sliding down.

what i also do is have an elastic strap on the kidney that velcros around my waste to hold it up cause it doesnt get wedged into the girth very well

Are people still using the the elastic strap between the legs, too? Like a Fett thong?

I've just learnt about the Fett thong. It's a requirement for 501st clearance (UKG at least). For me it serves no purpose. I've poppered my Bobamaker butt plate and cod onto the flight suit and with the girth belt to secure it, it fits fine.

indeed! no reason not to have it when it's a clearly evident piece of the original.

Don't get me wrong I've added to my Fett, I'm trying to get it is accurrate as I possibly can.
