i have one of these on my jp, guys....awesome work Serenity!! these are fantastic, and a great upgrade for your jp...

are you going to do the ESB version with the stubbier top? If so, I'm Down!!!

These beacons are true works of art. If mine wasn't attached to my jet pack, I'd have it on display.

With this "new" design, will the top be a seperate piece... even on the all aluminum versions? If so, do you press fit it in or will it thread on? If it comes un-attached, it might make it easier to wire and secure an LED in it.

Yes the Alum beacon is also a two piece and it's pressed on. The center hole is also a 1/16 bigger for easier wiring.

Serenity, since I do a custom I don't really have a preference what style beacon you send me. Just grab one and ship it. =D

I was wondering, what is the inside diameter of the beacons ? I make alot of electronics for Darth Voorhees and I am going to make a few boards with pulsing white leds and would like to make sure the wire will fit.

.312 hole through the nut.
.360 in the beacon

Thanks for those measurments. Here is a video of the board I put together. On a test run the led stayed pretty bright for almost 36 hours.
