WoF Templates for Laser Cutter?

Hello all. I've been reading the forum for a while, but this is my first post. I'm planning to try a scratch build helmet and I have access to a laser cutter at my local makerspace so I was thinking that it would be great for cutting the helmet parts out of 2mm chipboard. Has anyone done a build with one before or made a version of the WoF templates that would work?

I would need to have the templates with only the outlines of the parts, minus any text, page borders, internal lines, etc. If none exist, I'll take a shot at editing the PDFs, but I thought I'd ask first. If the source CAD doc (or whatever the templates were created with) that the PDFs were generated from were available, that would probably make removing the lines I need easier, so if those are available somewhere let me know.

Thanks for everyone's help and all the great info I've found here so far. I'm looking forward to sharing my own build thread once I've gotten started.

Jason

Hi Jason,
I messaged WoF himself and he sent me the files which I edited to be suitable for my work's laser cutter. Laser cutters are brilliant!
Chipboard? I don't think that would be flexible enough. I used 2mm greyboard which a single ply cardboard that bends nicely when damp.
Good luck,
Paul
