a few things I can say about this...the mandible on the right is slightly to high causing it to taper in at the bottom the left mandible is doing the opposite however, cauing it to taper out...if you correct these it would help...I dont like the chicago screw/with rubber washers anymore after trying it a few times the screws just done get tight enough...i get machine screws with flat heads and mount them to the helmet, use nuts and washers and spacers made from plastic if needed, i put two at the bottom of the mandibles two at the top of the mandibles and one on the center of the forhead area, now it takes a little time to do, but works out well to line things up...I get the locations for the bolts by getting my visor the size and shape i want it by cutting it little by little yours maybe to wide right now actually, then i drill holes in the areas i want the bolts, mark the helmet in the areas i want the screw, counter sink a spot for the bolt to go, sand around the area put the screw in the hole epoxy or JB weld quick in my case and set them up in there, then let it dry and it should be about fluch with the inside of the helmet since i sunk the bolt in the hole, the hole should be a bit bigger than the bolt BTW
