What do you think of this helmet kit?

Wouldnt mess with it, buy from one of the guys on here, there are a few available, Fettpride makes 2 versions now of the helmet the GMH, read about it on the main page and the MR premium, Asok makes a helmet which is a fettpride budget, and a few others check out the cargo hold sir

Chiming in (even though that lid is already sold) -- I agree with F4R - sticking to the sellers here such as Fettpride and Asok is the way to go.

may even find a used helmet here from time to time painted up already

ebay is almost never a good place for stuff like that. for the most part, the folks who sell kits on ebay are the ones that don't take part in forums like this... often bad quality, recasts, or both.

there are some exceptions... some of the reputable sellers here also post to the bay, but unless you know the seller, i would avoid.

Asok is the man ! His helmet is a great value and cold cast to boot - can't go wrong. Oh and did I mention NO SEAMS, super easy clean-up, add the T-visor while your at it. Truly great value.
