I meant under armor, I have Walmart brand, it's cheap and works well, plus it's 2 pieces instead of a body suit.

That's a neat idea, cutting out that slit in the earpiece. If you put black mesh behind that ( like the TK frown ) it might go completely unnoticed, no one looks at the side of your head all that closely I would imagine. A squirrel cage fan would work too if there's room.

I was contemplating a pc fan that is encased in a alloy sleeve which vents air. So I was thinking of mounting it over the rear vent that will draw fresh air in and run 2 tubes from the end around the bucket that will direct air flow across the lense. I'll post a pic of the fan asap. It measures around 12cm long but can be trimmed down to 9cm. Just have to point it up into the bucket.

I remember from my Army days, there was a type of thick black rubber band-ish style of prescription lens insert that was worn inside the M-17 protective (gas) mask...

Exactly what I was gonna say, if you get me your prescription, I will try to get you the mask inserts, then all you gotta do is put them in your bucket.

Hey, sorry I didn't get back sooner. Here's the only picture I still have of when I had the glasses mounted without the ear parts.

They fell out I believe. It was an old pair, so I just manage with the pair I have now by pushing them on my face a bit when I bucket-up. There is room once you get in there.

That is a Rubies Jango Fett Helmet. Top notch stuff!

Novus Plastic Polish (bottle #1, the cleaner ) works well as an anti-fogger. I use it on my TK lenses. Plus I have 2 fans, one drawing air in, the other pushing out, not super cool temp. wise, but keeps fresh air moving.

Those are both good ideas. I'll have to do the fan thing when I finish my clonetrooper. It's set up like a computer!
