What am I doing wrong?

I have tried three time to make a fitt bucket , and each time they come out too small, I'm using the Wolf templets. Its like when I print them It comes out 10% too small. It there a larger templet or a way to print them to scale and make it fit to the sheet.

thats strang as it is the WOF templates at 100% should be big enough, in all fair ness there a tad to big ,
What is the curcumfrence you are ending up with if you messure around the brow line from right ear all the way round backto the same point?

sounds to me like it's a printer settings thing. when you print a page there are usually all sorts of options about fit to page, borderless printing, etc... maybe you just need to check that? i can't get more specific since your options are going to be specific to the hardware and software you are using.

What am I doing wrong?
