This an AF helmet with a Tvisor.com FP Deluxe visor. I can make it look decent from the front but there will be gaps all around. Does everyone's sit flush? I have the opening at the bottom taped closed to 45 mm. Should I try and sand the inside of the lower opening? There really isn't much room for it to connect there and hits at the cheek curves.

Assuming that's some sort of acrylic you can heat it to shape.

I also bought this one which may work better , but I am going to have to add some kind of brace to keep the bottom of the helmet together and at the correct width. It also doesn't seem very dark ( may flat black the inside of the helmet as well).

I prefer other one. You wouldn't need a brace either. Heating the visor and fitting it takes times but is worth it in the end. A decent visor fitting is a proper job to take on bit the results will speak for themselves.

I will put the heat gun on the first one to see if I can narrow the arch. It is a force for as is now. The second one just flops in with ease. I was considering getting a clear visor and tinting it with 5% auto tint. I will see if I can get the first one to fit better.

It took me quite a while to get a good fit for mine and I wouldn't say it was easy. A lot of trial and error to get it right.

Appreciate all the feedback and help! I will get some dinner and hit it with the heat gun tonight. I'm painting a bunch of other parts so there is plenty of time in between paint drying.

Be careful with the heat gun if you're working a resin helmet.

And you will need to trim some off of the width from the T visor. Any place that it sits on something other than the lowest surface is going to cause gaps. The inside of the helmet should be sanded to a relative thickness and general level of plane. Never tried the heating as Andy has shown in his thread but it seems like the way to get the closest fit.
Looks like it fits pretty good as far as the cut of the visor except the last few inches. I'd trim it there and radius the visor edges to let it sit down into the bottom of the "T"

Screen accuracy aside, I don't see why 3M double sided tape wouldn't work. It holds body side moldings and flares on cars so I would think it would work on this.
