uber shiny & reflective visor

Alright, is there any way I could get my black visor to be extra reflective? I do NOT want a mirror finish visor - merely a shinier version of the black visor I already have.

The reason I ask is because my visor appeared to be particularly shiny in a picture I took a while back. I've decided that I liked the look, and was wondering if there was a way to make it always look like this.

I like the look of it in the pic. I believe there is a window tint you can buy at home depot or Lowes that can give you that shade. Im not positive it will work on the lens, but I think it will.

Is the visor removable? If it is, you could take it out and polish it with Novus #1.
That stuff does a really good job on plastics. I use it on all my acrylic display cases.

And thats why I'm kicking myself for not making mine removable.
