I ran out of cold cast this weekend to do a full helmet and wanted to have a little fun. After seeing photos of the Super Trooper, I though I would give it a shot. Here is what I was trying to reproduce Super Trooper Both ears are cold cast and the rest is white resin. What do you think?

Not sure how many of these I would do. It is a pain in the rear to get the cold cast in the right spot. But, there is not a lot of painting. ;) Which works for me, seeing I am an IT guy. Hold on, if I can find my black Sharpie, I can fill in the T visor..........

No clue yet. I was more worried about if I could make it. How does $175 with all the normal trimmings sound? The normal trimming being cold cast ear cap, clear 3 part range finder, and aluminum range finder stalk.Quote:

After I cut the visor the mandibles become skewed so I taped up the visor area to get the measurements even (width of t-visor and height of mandible corners from top of visor) and glassed around the visor area and the juncture of the cheeks to get them to lay right.
