    looks great, brother! my son wanted a custom one, so he painted his himself... i told him he will want a real boba one, and yep, he does, so we'll be painting his the Boba way...

    Thanks brothers! Yes, my little son is very proud and he always wants to touch the helmet and run around with it.

    With installed visor the helmet is almost too small ... he crushes his nose if he wears the helmet ... and it is very tight on the head ... not easy for a small boy to go through this torture ... :-)

    I have to try to get more room inside it by sanding it out somehow ...

    anyone an idea how to get rid of some material from the whole inside?

    For my nephew's helmet I used an angle grinder with a flapwheel to dig out a little bit of the material on the inside. If you go that route, be careful. It would be very easy to grind a hole through the resin.

    Thanks for the tip Shawn! IŽll go and have a look to get an angle grinder and a flapwheel.
