TF2 ESB Paint Job for Captain Awesome=FINISHED!

How is it humanly possible to paint a helmet (back to front) so beautifully?
INCREDIBLE!!!

And to think I thought Garrett used two different colors for the same ear all these years of painting the best helmets on the forum....

Just adding the signature scratches/ damage and black scuffs under the dent. Just working around the helmet from front to back, once this stage is complete I will start the paint splatters and misting/ shading.

TF are you going to add any of the damage and repairs being this is looking to be AOSW from the black smudges and what not? Looks great!

Thanks for the comments! I'm adding most of the additional damage seen in the AOSW pics as this is an SE paint job. I am leaving out the crack repair and obviously the pen marks...

If you don't mind me asking, what made those blue pen marks? Was it ball-point ink from a pen that exploded, a jar of ink, a felt-tip marker, or something? I'm doing a '1/2-donkey behind' AOSW paint-up with the crack repairs, etc. and wouldn't mind the insight. Sorry to derail this momentarily.

And excuse me while I wipe the drool from my keyboard. JUST STUNNING WORK, TF!!

Thanks mate. It looks like a blue felt tip marker pen, it's almost as if at some point somebody sloppily traced around the base of the helmet or something?
