Terminal Fettler (and FP) light kit

I don't know the difference between the FP stalk and the one TF sells. You would have to contact them to find out.

UPDATE
I will be having hip surgery at the end of the month and will be on the shelf for 2-3 months. I'm hoping to get my stalk before then so I can make the mock up and write the instructions. Once I'm up and walking I will start building the boards for a few kits and start figuring out how much these will cost.

Sorry to hear this, JC! I hope everything is well and the surgery will be a quick one without complications. You are needed here!

Thanks Raf, that means a lot. I have the same procedure on the other hip 2 years ago and it was 3 months before I was up and moving without crutches. At least I will have time to work on some more circuits and some arduino sketches.
So give me your honest opinion (I can take criticism), what do you think of the TF kit? Anything I should change? I can probably lower the brightness of the GOW bulbs with a resistor, I just have to figure out the value.

You'll have more 'me' time.

If you resolve the brightness issue then you will have an awesome setup! Maybe you will try (in the near future) a more accurate version (for the accurate nuts), the one that is installed inside the helmet and is not limited to the small size of the RF interior. I would like to see that one day...

Thanks, man. As soon as I'm able I will get going on this thing, hopefully you guys will like it.

Get well soon Brother take care

Thanks man, I may post a vid tonight of the kit with the Honeywell switch. I still don't have the hollow stalk so I don't have a complete mock up yet.

That'd really be icing on the cake for me!

Hope all is well, JC!

Sorry I haven't posted the vid with the switch yet, been busy getting ready for the operation. I will try to post it this weekend.

I got the hollow stalks from FP and TF, so once I'm on my feet (in a month or so) I can start working on the installation and instructions for this thing.

That is awesome! take your time and heal! after my first open heart I rushed to get back to work, which turned out to be a bad idea! keep up the progress when you can!
