Template Scaling

I'm having trouble getting the templates to print on 8.5x11.
I've done this before without an issue but now it keeps getting cut off. Maybe it's the printer.

If I print the 8.5x11 templates without scaling... they are way oversized and don't fit the page.
If i print the A4 templates without scaling... important connection points get cut off.

I'm guess you select No Scaling on the PDF print menu or else they'll end up too small?
but how can I get it to stop cutting off the connection points on the bucket?
