T visor

MADDMUDDER

Jr Hunter
Well i have posted a lid thread but i have a question.
I decided due to the size of my head and the work i have put in on my practice lid i will just keep it for now.

What can i use for the visor? The helmet is a rubies and i dont think the tvisor will fit. Plus with the work on the face plate it only needs to go to the base of my nose! All suggestions are welcome :confused

Though this is a bit off topic I am going to post it anyways,
In the storyline the proper Mandalorian helmets ( ones with a T-shaped visor ) had 360 degree view so mandos could see their enemy if he/she approached from behind. Would there be any way to make a visor that could do that?
My only ideas on it involve a visor that go's the whole way around and see-through paint. What do you think guys?

for muddrudder:

i've used the t visors from t-visor.com, theyre great. however, after seeing the great boba's here i decided to try the green welding shields. i prefer them 100 fold. also, theyre about 1/3 the price.

night_shade:

i believe in the eu stories, the 360 degree vision is achieved with camera or/sensor equipment built into the helmet. i don't know that you could create a visual experience for people to see that would look good and convey the idea.

i know novall talon had a camera and screen sytem in his helmet in the past that functioned. using what hedid one could actually create a system with 360 degree vision that would function. i'm sure it would be expensive, draw heavily on the power source and cause vertigo though! you may hit him up, i'm sure he'd be more than willing to shae his experience and what he learned from his system and what he's gained since. i know he scraped his system for a variety of reasons, high power consumption, low tech, costly and the vertigo sense. but, that doesn't mean it couldn't be done and a person could certainly become aclimated to it.
