RotJ Helmet Colors?

To those TDH'ers that have RotJ Helmets ...

What colors do you guys use? I will be painting my 2nd RotJ helmet with an airbrush in the coming months. The first helmet I did was with rattlecans. I got those colors from the AFFO$ tutorial. But to me something just isn't right. Especially the red of the mandibles. After seeing some of the RotJ helmets around here I'm wondering if I'm missing something. I've seen the Rogue Studios paint list and didn't see any RotJ info in there. Are you guys just eyeballing the colors or what? (I know Fett can look different depending on the scene, jsut looking for some opinions on what my fellow TDH'ers have chosen for their RotJ Fetts)

u can try the ones i used. links at the botttom to see the colors

main / lower cheeks: humbrol matt #31 (lightened w/ 10 drops flat white per 1/3 oz

upper cheeks: humbrol deck green #88 as base, polyscale c&o enchantment blue misted over the green

Resurrecting this thread to ask about a specific RotJ helmet color, the mandible red. It seems most around here use a mixture/mists of different reds. The RS list says it's Boxcar, with a possible misting of Caboose. Thoughts on this?

i've only done rattlecans for helmets, but in general when painting, i always prefer mixing multiple colors on the fly, rather than one "pure" color. i think it adds more depth to the piece overall.

Let me resurrect my earlier post on this thread (post #3)

Specifically post # 6, wherein I state "The mandibles are "Floquil Caboose" enamel airbrushed on, with "Floquil PRR Maroon" accents brushed next to the scratches"

I appreciated your help on the first run of this topic, and I assure you I don't mean to sound like I ignored your contribution. But with all due respect I was more aiming for others who did not participate before to throw in their opinions on the red. (However, if I'm reading too much into this, and you meant that in jest, then ignore this post! ;) )
