ROTJ Helmet Color

FettObsessed

New Hunter
I've been searching the forms for the past few days now and I am a little confused. I have started looking into my Boba Fett costume and am starting with the helmet. As for the colors, is the ROTJ version have green, and silver "ears" with a red keyslots, or is it silver and gold "ears" with a grey keyslots? I am hunting down colors and would like to make sure I'm getting the correct ones.

rotj has silver ears and keyslots, and orange killstripes. your combined descriptions makes the esb helmet (mostly). before going and making any purchases, i recommend you keep doing your homework, and learn more of the differences between the two costumes.

Well is this costume from New Hope?

nope, that's the return of the jedi special edition. in the mid-90's when george decided to go and muck up the originals, someone wasn't really paying any attention in costuming, so when they sent out boba's costume for the rotj scenes they boxed up the rotj armor with and esb helmet. here's a screen cap from anh se (

), it's mostly the rotj costume, but the shoulders have been reversed, and i know there's something weird about the knees but i can't remember off the top of my head; it's something like they're from the pre-production costume.

but just so you know in the gallery: art of star wars, and celebration 4 are rotj SE; dressing a galaxy, and magic of myth are rotj; and star wars the exhibition is rotj as well, but the knees are on wrong.

Awesome. Yea, I thought it was the ESB helmet but was confused on why it was on the ROTJ armor. But yea, I do like that look better than the ROTJ helmet. I love the colors of the ROTJ costume but the ROTJ helmet just looks a bit too plane. I love all the damage from the ESB helmet. I think I might go that route. =) Thanks for the help.

:( and here i was hoping to see another pure rotj. i swear, i feel like i'm the only one sometimes.
